Tools Needed:

Phillips screw driver
Ratchet & Socket set Felt Pen
We recommend that you install your front spoiler before painting,
in case trimming is needed. It is easier to install freshly painted
front spoiler if the holes are predrilled.
First step is to remove lower fender bolts, marked (A). Next, take
out lower bumper bolts notated as (0) below.
Place front spoiler on the box you received it in. Trace top and
sides of attached half’s. Cut out template and mark lower
bumper holes by pressing a sharp object through card board and into
bottom holes. It is also necessary to remove Duck-Bill, or
Duck-Bill Half’s on inner-cooled Regals, but save 10mm bolts.
Duck-Bill Half’s bolt are directly beneath radiator.
Next, place template on top of front spoiler and mark for drilling.
When drilling out top of front spoiler, be sure to over-size holes
for adjustment. Lift spoiler into place and install bolts loosely,
(spoiler should hang down 1/8”). Start tightening from wheel well
to bumper.
Place L-brackets so that they will bolt into one of the Duck-Bill
holes under radiator, (long side). Next, place short side against
upper, rear, ram air inlet, (fiberglass side, not Gel-coat side).
Mark small holes in L-bracket. Drill with 1/8” drill bit, and
install 3/4” sheet metal screw and washer with black Tinnerman nut.
Tighten all attachment points.
